Our Factory
We have our own factory in mainland China, and has different kind of mahcines such as blown film machines, printing machines, bag cutting machines and pouch making machines. From materials, printing, to making bags, we have one-stop in-house production, producing low price and high quality product.
Blown film machine
There are multiple blown film machines, which can make materials of different thickness, color and texture to meet different needs.
Printing machine
There are two different type of printing machines: flexographic and rotogravure printing.
Flexographic printing is suitable for simpler patterns with lower starting costs and MOQs, but cannot print shadows or gradients, and is not suitable for laminated bags.
Rotogravure printing can print complex patterns and photos, comparable to digital printing, and is suitable for all bags, but the starting cost and MOQ are higher
Lamination
Lamination is a technology in which two or more layers are glued together, making the plastic bag more effective in blocking odor, moisture-proof and impact-resistant.
We uses solvent-free lamination technology, and there is no solvent residue after lamination, which reduces the contamination of packaged items, especially food. Also, there are no volatile solvent emissions, reducing environmental pollution.
Bag cutting and pouch making
We can make different styles of plastic bags.
